Davide Pellegrin Founding Partner · Creative Director · Photographer
Davide Pellegrin experiences photography as complete direction: from the initial idea to the final delivery, nothing escapes his gaze.
At twenty, he entered the world of visual arts and began experimenting with large-format cameras, eventually joining the Fabrica creative center of the Benetton Group, where he helped build the brand’s entire e-commerce photography department from scratch.
Today, as a founding partner of Matrice8, he applies that experience as a project manager, creative director, and photographer, leading complex productions with the same precision a sommelier uses to recognize a great wine: rigor, sensitivity, and method.
His versatility leads him to work across fashion, food, and furniture, always with a clear rule: every project must become a unique visual language, capable of speaking the brand’s language.
A natural leader, Davide coordinates complex teams with honesty, punctuality, and passion. Alongside his work, he cultivates art, reading, and the mountains, finding in nature and mountaineering the same balance he seeks in every image.
And as with wine, his philosophy in photography is simple: recognize what truly matters, eliminate the superfluous, and let the essence emerge.

Enrica Magnolini conceives photography as a total art: a tool for investigation, a design discipline, and a language capable of transforming visions into identity.
After her artistic studies and a degree in Photography from IED Milan, she embarked on a path that intertwines personal research and professional direction. At the Benetton Group’s Fabrica creative center, she deepened her understanding of the collective dimension of photographic work and, subsequently, as a Project Manager at Benetton studios, she led complex productions with method and sensitivity.
In 2014, she founded Matrice8, a company dedicated to fashion photography and visual arts, where she is now a partner and administrator. Here, she combines management rigor with a creative eye, building images for brands that do not just showcase a product, but translate its soul into a visual narrative and aesthetic consistency.
Alongside her commercial work, she pursues personal artistic research: dance, theater, performance, and self-portraiture become tools for her to question the body, time, and identity. The AIM IN TIME project, developed over twenty years of analog shooting, is the synthesis of this tension: photography as memory, dilated time, and universal experience.
